How it works
The whole picture, in plain words
Four parts, one journey from an attack to a decision, and a score you can read at a glance.
The four parts
Your server
Where the protection runs. Attackers are stopped here, before they reach what you are running.
The Seico helper
A small program on your server. It gathers security events and basic health, and sends them to your account over a secure connection.
Your dashboard
One place to see every server: its score, what happened, and what to do. Each business sees only its own data.
Your phone
Alerts to Telegram, only for what you decide is worth a message.
The life of an attack
From the first guess to your decision.
Someone tries to break in
Automated attacks constantly try common passwords on servers that are open to the internet. Most are routine noise.
The protection reacts
Repeat offenders are blocked, so they stop reaching your server.
The helper reports it
What happened is sent to your dashboard in a few minutes, with counts and addresses, not your files.
Seico explains it
The dashboard says what it means in everyday language. If you turned AI notes on, they add a short suggestion, clearly labelled as one.
You decide
Serious events can reach your phone. Nothing is changed on your server for you: the next step is yours.
How the score works
Every server gets a score out of 100. It is a guide to where to look first, not a guarantee that a server is safe or unsafe.
- It looks at whether the protection parts are running, how much attack activity there has been recently, the result of the regular security check, and whether the server is reporting in.
- The reasons are listed next to the number, so you can see how it was worked out.
- A high score does not mean you cannot be attacked, and a low score does not mean you have been.
- Exact criteria and weights: [TO CONFIRM: final scoring criteria, to be published before the pilot].
- Good80 to 100
Protection is running and nothing needs attention.
- Fair60 to 79
Worth a look when you have time.
- Poorunder 60
Something needs attention soon. The page says what.
The bands may change during early access.
What stays in your control
- Choose how serious an alert must be before it reaches your phone, and how long before the same alert repeats.
- Replace a server's access key at any time if you think it leaked.
- Remove a server from your account in one step. Its access is cut off at once and its history is deleted after a set time.
- Uninstall from the server with one command. It removes what Seico added and keeps what was already there.
What it looks at
Security logs and basic server health: load, memory and disk. Not your files, emails or databases.
What it does not do
It does not fix things or change your settings by itself, and it is not a promise of safety.
